Is shopping over the Internet safe?
Yes. M Awards Plus uses SSL encryption and identity verification for the highest level of security. The SSL encryption process ensures that confidential information, like credit card account numbers, cannot be intercepted or even viewed by outside parties for that matter. Mawardsplus.com will not provide any personal information to ANY outside parties for purposes other than the processing of your order.

What methods of payment are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and Paypal for the purchase of any of our products. If you need to use a different method, please Contact Us to discuss your options. We will work with you to find a mutually agreeable payment method for your recognition award.

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Orders shipped to addresses in NJ will have 6.625% sales tax added. Otherwise, it is your responsibility to pay your state's respective sales tax directly to your taxing authority.

How will my product be shipped?
Any product will be shipped via UPS or Fed-Ex. Please See Our Company Policy.

How long will it take to process my order?
You will receive an email confirmation that your order has been received. As long as the recognition award product is in stock, most orders are processed and shipped within 3 - 4 business days. Orders requiring highly customized engraving may take more time, depending on the complexity of the layout and the quantity of awards ordered. We recommend the following timeframes for your order; for awards no less than 2 weeks, for crystals no less than 3 weeks and for cast bronze no less than 5 weeks prior to your event date, to ensure adequate transit time prior to your event. Is Rush Service available?
Absolutely! We understand the nature of the recognition awards business. For an additional fee, we will work with you to expedite the processing of your order, and our available Fed-Ex services will ensure a quick delivery of your awards. Please Contact Us to discuss your individual needs.

Are there engraving charges?
In most of our products an allotted amount of letters/characters are included in the price; however, we advise you to see each product individually for extra costs involved. For example in Plaques if you exceed such quantity there will be a charge of $0.15 - $0.25 extra per letter/character according to the plaque you choose. At mawardsplus.com, we are happy to provide accurate customized engraving. We will send a proof for your approval prior to processing to ensure the accuracy of engraving on your products. How much text can I put on my recognition award?
The maximum number of engraving lines are automatically provided to you based upon each specific trophy or award product you order. Most customers have a lot they want to say on their recognition award, but remember, if you put too much text on your award it may be difficult to read. If you are having difficulty creating the perfect inscription for your awards, please Contact Us and we’ll help you create the perfect inscription for your recognition award.

What fonts are used for engraving? Can I make any special requests?
At mawardplus.com, we use fonts and styles designed for the best presentation of our products. On most awards, we have found that Times Roman for the wording and Script usually works best for the names. However, if you’ve got want to provide us with your font for your recognition award, and you’re willing to pay a little extra for this, please Contact Us and we’ll work with you. Please see our Company Policy.

Can I have a logo added to my recognition award?
Absolutely! During the order process, you will have the option of uploading your logo. Some logo guidelines and instructions will be available. Remember that your uploaded logo will be applied to your recognition award exactly as it is provided to us. Therefore, we recommend that you review the image prior to upload to ensure that it is free of blemishes and imperfections. If you are interested in this option, please check our Company Policy under Artwork requirement to review the guidelines and instructions.

Are there any charges for logos?
Logos are charged $15 per uploaded image and they will be used as-is. Cleanup of imperfect logos is available at an additional charge depending entirely upon the labor necessary to produce a presentable image for your award. Please Contact Us if you need assistance cleaning up an imperfect logo or see our Company Policy.

How do I submit my logo?
Logos are uploaded online with your order. If you are not sure about this step, you can send your logo via e-mail to info@mawardsplus.com after you place your order online, just simply state on the order form online under special instructions that you will e-mail us your logo. Can I request a proof before my order is processed?
Every order will have a proof exactly as it will appear on your chosen award. We will fax or email you a proof before we process your order. We will not proceed with your order without your approval, please make sure you get back to us via fax or email to guarantee delivery on time. Labor is charged for setup changes after the initial proof is provided.

Can you ship outside the United States?
If you are from outside the United States, please Contact Us, and we will work with you to process your order.

Can I change my order after receiving confirmation?
No, in many cases, you cannot change your order after receiving confirmation. Therefore, please ensure that recognition award order quantities are accurate and carefully review your engraving for your awards before submitting the order. If you do need to make a change, please Contact Us as soon as possible. We want to make sure you are happy with our service, but there is usually an additional charge if engraving must be revised.

What is your Return Policy?
Since we personalize our products, they are nonreturnable. If for any reason you are not pleased with your award(s), Contact Us and we will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied.

What if I make a mistake on my order?
Please take the time to carefully review your text for your trophies and awards before submitting the order. If you notice an error shortly after submitting it, please Contact Us as soon as possible. If possible, we can make the necessary corrections to your recognition award before processing begins. We want to make sure our customers are happy with our work. However, there is usually an additional charge if engraving must be revised.

I liked what you designed for me, but I can’t remember the specifics of my order to duplicate it. Can you help me?
We’ve anticipated that, too. We keep accurate information and records from all of our customers up to 4 years. Any order can be duplicated, just give us your name or an order number from your previous order.

What if I have a question you haven’t answered?
